Siva Kumar has resigned from the office of his Directorship and as a Managing Director of the Company and accordingly shall cease to be Director and Managing Director of the Company with effect from closing of business hours of November 30, 2009.
The Board of Directors has accepted his resignation on November 03, 2009.
